In this question, the participants especially the fresh graduates or those who have recently been hired for a job about their job profile relevance. They were asked if they have been employed in the field of their study. To this question, 62% of the participants voted in affirmative. Out of 1200 votes for 440 that is 34% of the people said they were not employed in the relevant sector and a marginal 3% that is 37 number of people were clueless on the question. This poll was participated by those who have been employed. Going by the trend of decreasing employ ability, it seems more engineering pass outs are going to face trouble in finding a suitable job. Our poll response corroborates with the apex council of technical education in India. According to the AICTE reports 60% of the engineering graduates remain unemployed. People say, Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. But only a lucky few get to follow their passions and get their dream jobs. With it comes a sense of satisfaction that is essential to lead a happy and balanced life. The ones who aren't content with their scope of work suffer silently, which in turn, impacts their mental and physical wellbeing. We, therefore, conducted a quick poll to grasp the dynamics of this situation better, asking 2,424 respondents whether they are satisfied with their jobs. 55.32% of the respondents replied in affirmative while the others didn't share the sentiment. 12.05% of the people hate their job, and 8.66% are in such a confused state of mind that they don't know how they feel about their jobs anymore. 23.97% of the respondents are above this debate as they don't have a job. With the digital world transforming every aspect of modern life, the day was not far when it would influence the way we learned. Gradually, the format of e-learning made its way, founding its ground because of the ease and convenience it offered. It is a refreshing change for all as the traditional learning methods were not enough to engage the over-active minds of 21st-century students. There is still an apprehension towards it, but many schools and colleges have started adopting e-learning modules. We conducted a poll on this issue, asking 2,694 respondents whether they think e-learning is better than traditional learning. Once upon a time, work from Home, was a dream. It was something people wanted to incorporate in their lives as it gave them free agency to do the work at their leisure. But the work from home culture that was initiated due to the lockdown soon turned into a nightmare for some. While a few welcomed this new change, some are desperate to return to their old routine and office life. A debate between these two cultures is brewing, and we thought it was the right time to conduct a poll on whether people are ready to go back to their offices daily. Out of the 2,481 respondents, 36.40% of them clearly state they like working from home and thus wouldn't want to go back to the office. The case is not the same for 18.66% of the respondents who are eager to return to their offices and the 26.56% who are already going to their office daily. One has to be really impervious to their charms to scroll through the net without falling prey to the click bait. To get better insights into this phenomenon, we conducted a poll with 3,156 respondents. On being asked whether they often buy things online that they don't need, 24.30% respond with a resounding yes as they do this all the time. 34.25% also agree to this while adding that they indulge in such instinctual purchasing only once in a while. 34.51% of the respondents know how to resist such temptations and buy only the products they require, 4.97% reply with an indefinite maybe, and 1.96% can't say much on the subject. Traveling to and from work can be quite a headache. Those who own a car have it easier than those who commute by public transport. To make matters worse, there is the never-ending nuisance of traffic. All this not only amounts to a serious waste of time but also to the draining away of energy and mental well-being. For a better understanding of this issue, we conducted a poll with 2,830 respondents, asking them how they commute in their area. 31.52% of the respondents have their own bikes and 26.22% have their own cars. 8.98% and 8.52% hail an Uber and Ola, respectively, while 2.23% opt for other paid taxi services. 8.52% commute on buses, 7.21% prefer taking the local auto rickshaw, 4.42% use the super-fast and affordable metro, and lastly, 2.40% go for cycle rickshaws to go by.
